Information collected

The account foundation stores your email address, display name, password hash, roles, consent records, login security events, and technical information such as IP address and browser user agent.

How information is used

Information is used to create and secure accounts, provide the service, prevent abuse, maintain consent records, support users, and comply with legal obligations.

Password and token security

Passwords are stored as salted PBKDF2 hashes. Verification and session tokens are not stored in readable form.

Sharing

Account information is not sold. Limited information may be processed by hosting, email, video, identity-verification, and payment providers when those services are enabled.

Your choices

Users will be able to update profile information and request account closure. Marketing consent is separate from required service communications.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as needed for the service, safety, dispute handling, financial records, and law. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are applied, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Before public launch: add the legal entity name, address, privacy contact, retention periods, supported privacy rights, and provider list.
